This Harbor Seal pup (Phoca vitulina) was wandering around the tide pools during a very low tide. He was putting on quite the show for me and my fellow photographers at my last workshop. I'm sure his mom was out near some of the larger rocks cursing his dad for raising such a gregarious pup.
